Shipping

 We ship across India. Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies.

  • We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
  • Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
  • The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
  • In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfil the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same.
  • If we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package, we would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the additional shipping fee of Rs.250/-.
  • If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).

 

Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, orders with pre-orders will be shipped together as a whole order.
  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
  • Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
    • If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
    • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect. All products are handmade, one piece at a time. Due to this process, a slight variation in shape, size, or colour tones may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at earthenbliss@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Unboxing Video
  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.

Refunds

  • We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, however, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or initiate a credit note with your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
  • Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be used anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations.
